1. How do I create an account ?

A: Click on "sign in "> click on "Don't have an account ? Register here" at the bottom > fill required fields such as first name ,last name, email id ,mobile no. & password to "Sign Up"


2. I have forgotten my password what should i do ?

A: click on "sign in" >"forgot password">enter email id >click on reset password .


3. How long does it take for me to recieve my order ?

A: We take 2-3 days for dispatch excluding Sunday and public holidays and then the delivery time is 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch in normal condition. Due to high rush or an unforeseen situation ,there might be a delay . we are doing everything to get your order delivered on time, we appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.


4. How do I track the status of my order ?

A: Click on " Track Order" fill required fields -your Order id & Email id & track the status of your order easily .you will also be notified at each step of fulfillment cycle from shipped to delivered status via Email & SMS notifications.


5. Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate ?

A. We strive to try & display the colours of product as accurate as possible on our website. However we cannot guarantee 100% colour accuracy because the actual colour of product may vary compared to what you see on your electronic screen due to respective screen colour /resolution.


6. Which size should I choose ?

A. Kindly go through the size chart provided for each product & choose your size wisely before placing an order . For cotton products we recommend you to choose one size bigger than your normal size .


7. What is the difference between Billing Address and Shipping Address ?

A. we accept pre-paid mode of payment, so in case you place an order for somebody else where your registered address is different from the address you choose to request delivery at, a billing address is required to complete order.


8. Can I change my delivery address once my order has been dispatched ?

A. No, once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address for the order.


9. Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD) ?

A. No.


10. What is your Return Policy ?

A. We are not initiating return or replacing until a manufacturing defected product delivered. For more details kindly go through cancellation and refund policy.
